Lobster Tails
Direct from the Torey Straits region of Northern
Australia, Scooter Bay's Australian Lobster Tails are considered to
be some of the finest quality in the world. With snowy white meat,
a firm texture, and a succulent sweet taste, our tails are considerably
tastier than any of the domestic varieties and far superior in quality
to the warm water alternative.

Strip Steaks and Filets
We use only USDA inspected Midwest corn fed
beef, steaks, chops, and filets which average an unprecedented 2-1/2
inches thick. To ensure mouthwatering results whether grilled, broiled,
or sautéed, our meat is hand selected, cut-to-order, and
aged to perfection for a minimum of 3-4 weeks.

Shrimp
To ensure our customers receive the same superior
quality as some of the country's most elegant five-star restaurants,
we use only the finest, USDC inspected, and hand picked jumbo shrimp.
Already peeled and de-veined for your convenience, our shrimp is ready
to thaw, cook and serve in less than five minutes. As you prepare
your Dining DelicaSeas Shrimp, you can take pleasure in knowing you
are about to enjoy the same quality farm raised, hand picked Jumbo
Shrimp served at many of the world renowned five-star restaurants.
(We also offer P & D Shrimp for those gourmets who like to prepare
shrimp the way they want.)

Twice-Baked Potatoes
Serve them baked, microwaved, or grilled–our
twice-baked potatoes are the perfect complement to any of our steak
and seafood entrees. Each baked potato is filled with a blend of potatoes,
real cheddar cheese, and nonfat milk to create a creamy inside and
crispy topping that tastes "just like homemade."

Premium Wine and Champagne Selections
As the perfect accompaniment to your elegant
dining experience, we suggest one of our premium wine or champagne
selections. Choose from one of our classic full bodied deep dark red
Merlots; one of our subtle, smooth and light golden Chardonnays; or
for those truly special occasions that cause for celebration, we offer
a variety of sparkling wine and champagnes–from our house to
Dom Perignon. (We also offer a nonalcoholic sparkling cider.)

Gourmet Coffee
To top off your dining experience, we've selected
one of the world's finest coffee companies to provide you with rich,
fresh roasted coffee. In fact, our coffee is of such a high quality
that it is identical to that served in some of the world's finest
hotels and restaurants. From its robust aroma to the flavorful last
drop, you'll find yourself craving another sip. Our coffee is made
from 100% hand selected Arabica beans. We purchase our blend from
a company in Seattle, Washington and offer it to you, confident that
it is one of the most robust, well balanced coffees available. |
