We start off with a 3 inch thick reusable, insulated cooler that seals in the cold to keep your frozen items as fresh as the day they were packaged. We go a step further by using 5 pounds of dry ice–twice the industry standard–to ensure our products stay frozen. While the food is frozen solid, special packaging allows the wine to arrive at room temperature.

Next, we place your cooler in a specially patented corrugated box that contains a separate section for items that should not be frozen such as a selection of our fine quality premium wine or a customized gift of your choice. Finally, we put the finishing touches on your package with cooking and preparation instructions, recipe ideas, and a personalized greeting card.
